Policies & Procedures
for Submitted Material

Please make sure you thoroughly proof any text
you send us as corrections to material that is
already up will not take priority over new
things we are working on. It’s very time
consuming to go back in and make changes to
things we have completed. Study your text and
review it carefully before you send it in.

Allow a minimum of one week before we get to new
material. Marcia currently maintains many sites
and it will depend on where she is in her work
load as to how quickly things go up. She is
very committed to putting things up in a one
week timeframe; however, she and I both have
families, dogs, and other activities that
occasionally slow the process.
·
Use
“subject headings” with everything you send me,
as I forward them
on to her and they go into appropriate folders; for example
“May New Brag”
etc.
* Send
photos in jpeg format and all text that is
lengthy in word doc.
·
Please always clearly identify photos so we
don’t have to go back and request names, etc.
·
We
welcome all events for brags…conformation,
agility, obedience, rally and if you are curious
as to why conformation is more heavily
represented, the answer is because that’s what
we receive.
·
We
will operate within the deadlines, guidelines,
and rates that are located on our “Advertising
Rates” page.
